The following updates went live into Connect2Field on 24 July

Updates to the Admin Section (http://go.connect2field.com/Admin/)

  • The 'Inventory' tab under Products will now show the list of jobs, the product was attached with and who put in the product, Admin or Field Worker.

  • Product Stock would only be deducted when a job has been invoiced.. When a product is added to a job, it will show that product has been moved to a job(as above).. However, if the job is deleted before it is invoiced, the product will be moved back to stock with corresponding quantity.
  • A product can now be made Active/Inactive anytime from within the Add Product screen.. If a product is made inactive, it will still remain editable for jobs it is already attached with.. However, would not be available to add to a new job.
  • The default User Type while adding a new user is set to 'Admin'
