V 1.5.43 - Updates to Job Central & Inventory Management

The following updates went live into Connect2Field on 2nd August 2011

Updates to the Admin Section (http://go.connect2field.com/Admin/)

  • Added a column to Job Central page titled "Invoiced". It shows the value of the job and if job has been invoiced displays a check mark.
  • Added prompt to enter an email id for the Client(if none entered in client details) when a job is booked or invoice is sent via email.
  • Added a column titled "Low Stock Status" to the Products main page under Inventory Management. If the stock gets below the 'Stock Alert' set, it displays a text alert in the column.
  • The Inventory section for all products will show who are where the product was added to. So would show either the Admin or Field Worker name and which job was it moved to/from.
