The following updates went live into Connect2Field on 30 Aug 2011

Updates to the Admin Section (http://go.connect2field.com/Admin/)

  • Import Product & Services process made more robust. Now updating Inventory in Connect2Field in 3 simple steps: 1) Export your Inventory 2) Make Changes/Add Products 3) Import the new file
  • Added functionality to link a 'Service Provider' (Supplier) to a Job. Added option to select 'Service Provider' under the 'Job Details' portion.
  • Added functionality to customize the outgoing SMS message to clients by the Field Workers. The template can be customized under: Options->SMS & Email Management->SMS message from Field Worker to Client before a job is accepted.
