The following updates went live into Connect2Field on 15 Aug 2011

Updates to the Admin section (http://go.connect2field.com/Admin/)

• Added functionality to create Jobs from Quotes. All the quote data along with documents are carried over to the job.
• Added functionality to configure what fields are visible and editable for jobs in the customer portal. The add job screen in customer portal will follow these field rules as set in admin.
• Fixed issue with duplicating of client contacts when 'Client Import' was done. It will now check for First/Last Name of contact and update accordingly.
• Added a new field 'Email' in Job Card. It shows the email id of either the parent company or the contact, as per selection. The new job email to the client will be sent to the email displayed in this box.

• Field workers can now re-allocate jobs to a other field workers from the mobile side.
• Added functionality to 'Skip Accepting Payment' from the webapp.
• Invoice Email and Download page will not show up if there are no products attached to a job.
