V 1.6.5 - Updates to Job Card & Export Jobs

The following updates went live into Connect2Field on 31 Oct 2011
Updates to Admin Section (http://go.connect2field.com/Admin/)
- Job Export will now include the Job Type field.
- Formatting to 'Service Description' field in Job Card Preview/Print mode.
- Added 'Dublin' & 'North Dublin' to the list of counties for Ireland.
- Maintenance updates for browser compatibility.
